REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your service, we will return to your home to re-clean the area/task within 24-hours or we'll apply a credit into your account towards our next visit. This will not apply if you are home upon completion. If you are home and notice that the Cleaning Technician overlook something or its not done just the way you like it. Please let the cleaners know. We are here to help make your space a happier and cleaner place. Tell the Cleaning Technician to re-clean the area or call our office before the Cleaning Technician leaves your home. Please contact the office as soon as possible during our normal business hours. Two Girls N Broom LLC a 48 HOUR WARRANTY PERIOD from the day of completion of the cleaning. If we have missed an area that was marked on your checklist, damaged or broken an item, please call within that time frame and we will come out and re-clean the area in question. We work very hard to avoid these issues by training our staff to be careful and detail oriented, and by inspecting our work. Complaints filed more than 48 hours after the completion of cleaning fall outside the warranty period, and unfortunately may not be covered. Two Girls N Broom LLC will not be held responsible for repair or replacement of items broken or damaged due to pre-existing wear and tear, incorrect installation, assembly or usage.
Two Girls N Broom LLC is not responsible for not completing or providing the Service as a result of a breach of a warranty by the Client (including a failure by the Client to provide access to utility services, a safe working environment or unencumbered access to the Premises); or any damages caused by defective cleaning materials or cleaning equipment provided by the Client, not completing or providing the Service as a result of the Cleaner not proceeding for health and safety reasons; any loss or damage incurred by the Customer or any third party as a result of the effects of a force -majeure, being any event beyond the reasonable control of Two Girls N Broom LLC; not completing or providing the Service due to an act or omission of the Client or any other person at the Premises during provision of the Service; existing dirt, wear, damage or stains that cannot be completely cleaned or removed; any wear or discoloring of fabric or surfaces becoming more visible once dirt has been removed; or the cost of any key replacement or locksmith fees, unless keys were lost by Two Girls N Broom LLC or the Cleaning Technician.
LIFTING Our employees are very important to us, and we are determined to keep them safe, so they do not use tall ladders or move anything heavier than 15 lbs. These types of activities put our Cleaning Technicians in danger of back injury or could even damage something in your home such as scratches on your wood floors.... If you would like us to clean behind furniture like a sofa, couches, bedframe, or appliances such as an oven, refrigerator, please move it prior to the cleaning visit to allow access to the area.
Bookings The Client may book appointments thru our website; www.twogirlsnbroomllc.com, by phone, text message: 719.216.1143, email: firstname.lastname@example.org, thru any of our social media sites. We do not accept third party booking unless he or she will be paying for the service. At the time of booking the Client must provide details of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers, ingrained dirt, grease or grime located at the Premises; Two Girls N Broom LLC provides all quotations at the time of booking. The Client agrees to provide Two Girls N Broom LLC their valid credit/debit card details at the time of booking, and authorizes Two Girls N Broom LLC charge any card with an amount equal to any service and/or cancellation fees that may apply under this Agreement. Two Girls N Broom LLC the right not to accept a booking for any reason.
Job Quotations The actual price payable by the Client is calculated on the total number of hours worked by the Cleaning Technician, total numbers of workers and supplies. Any price quoted by Two Girls N Broom LLC is an estimate only based on Two Girls N Broom LLC experience, without inspection, and based on information provided by the Client. When our Cleaning Technician gets to the job, they will access the job for an accurate quote. If at the commencement or during the course of providing the Service, it is apparent that the actual cost of the Service will exceed the quote provided by Two Girls N Broom LLC, Two Girls N Broom LLC will provide the Client with the option to pay an increased fee to complete the Service, or pay the quoted amount without the Service being completed. The Client must inform Two Girls N Broom LLC whether any cleaning services required are for an 'end of tenancy' at the time of quotation.
Appointment Arrival Time Windows If you wish to be present during the cleaning visit, please be advised that we provide arrival windows of about 15 minutes, such as between 10am – 10:15am or 2pm - 2:15pm. Many things can affect our schedules, such as cancellations, lockouts etc. If we happen to be running late to your appointment you will be contacted as soon as possible and provided with a new expected time of arrival.
Payments Payments are due in full upon completion of service. A credit card file is required with a deposit at the time of booking. The Client agrees to pay the price quoted by Two Girls N Broom LLC in full prior to or at the Service Time, unless otherwise agreed in advance with Two Girls N Broom LLC. Residential Clients agrees to pay in full, all fees due Two Girls N Broom LLC after the service has been completed. Commercial Clients agrees to pay in full, all fees due, within 3 days of the invoice date. Airbnb Clients agree to pay in full, all fees due, as agreed per contract.
For your convenience, we gladly accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard/Visa/AMEX/Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, or Checks (with prior approval). We do not accept cash for any reasons.
Tipping Although it's not necessary to tip our employees it is encouraged, and of course the best way to say job well done! You may include your tips with your payment and we will pass them along to the Cleaning Technician or give it to them directly.
Credit Card Processing Fee We do charge Credit Card payment processing fee of 3.5%; Paypal invoiced processing fee 3.49%; Venmo processing fee 1.9%
Late Payment Fee Where Two Girls N Broom LLC has agreed to invoice the Client for payment of fees after the Service has been completed, the Client agrees to pay in full, all fees due, within 3 days of the invoice date for commercial cleaning. Residential cleaning customers agree to pay in full upon completion of the job. The Customer agrees that if Two Girls N Broom LLC has not received payment in full for the Service by end of the service performed day a late payment fee of $35 applies for the first day. Interest will be charged on the fixed rate of 10% per annum on each day that any amount remains outstanding thereafter. If payment has not been received within 7 days the client will be sent to collection agency and or small claims.
In addition to the amounts set out above, the Client agrees to indemnify Two Girls N Broom LLC for all legal costs (on a solicitor and own client or full indemnity basis, whichever is greater) and other expenses incurred Two Girls N Broom LLC in connection with a demand, action, or other proceeding (including mediation, out of court settlement or any action taken for recovery of debt from the Client) arising out of a breach of these terms including the failure by the Client to pay an amount by the due date.
Returned Check Fee A $40 fee will be assessed for all cancelled or returned checks.
Collections Fee A $25 fee will be assessed for all monies owed that must go to our collection’s office.
Refunds There are no refunds for gift certificate purchases. Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. If there is an issue with the services that a client has received a discount may be applied based on decision of the owner. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with Two Girls N Broom LLC!
Late Cancellations In the event that the Client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, forty-eight (48) hour’s notice to Two girls N Broom LLC is required. Notice may be given by email, SMS (text), or phone@ 719.216.1143 or email@example.com. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Same day cancellation fee is $80. Cancellations by client or Two Girls N Broom LLC due to covid related illness, weather conditions, or school closing the client will not be charged a fee nor receive a free cleaning.
In the event that Two girls N Broom LLC needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment 24 hours’ notice will be given to the client. If Two girls N Broom LLC] fails to give 24-hour notice, client will be offered ONE FREE CLEANING.
Non-Appearance If a Cleaning Technician fails to attend the Premises within 1-hour of the Service Time and does not provide the requested Service, Two Girls N Broom LLC will provide the Client with either: a full refund of payments made by the Client; or offer to reschedule the Service at another time mutually agreed between the Client and Two Girls N Broom LLC.
Lock Outs An amount of 50% the job cost fee will be assessed in the event that our cleaning associates arrive and are unable to access the premises. Our Cleaning Technician have 15 minutes waiting windows and will try to reach Client by phone, email or text messages. This fee is in place to cover expenses we incur for lost travel time, schedule damage and fuel cost.
Photos Before and after photos may be taken of the clean. No personal identifying items will be included in the photos. Photos are used for promotional, marketing, and training purposes of Two Girls N Broom LLC. Any photos taken will then become property and subject to trademark of Two Girls N Broom LLC. Additions And Amendments Any changes to the Service to be provided must be agreed by Two Girls N Broom LLC to the Service Time. If the Client requires any additional services or variations at the time the Service is being performed, the Client must first contact by phone, text message, or email who may agree to provide the additional services in its absolute discretion. The Cleaning Technicians are NOT authorized to agree to any changes to the Service being provided. All changes to services being provided must be approved thru owner or supervisor. If client has Cleaning Technician provide a service that was NOT in the estimate without prior approval will be subject to additional fees. l additional services may not always be provided at the same day, optional (appointment time) various by available Cleaning technician schedule.
Client Representations And Warranties The Client represents and warrants that: it will provide a safe working environment at the Premises for the Cleaner to perform the Service; the Cleaning Technician will have unencumbered and unobstructed access to those areas of the Premises requiring the Service; it will provide the Cleaning Technician with access to all services and utilities (including hot and cold water, electricity, and rubbish bins) as required by the Cleaner to provide the Service; it will allow Two Girls N Broom LLC to use all usual and necessary cleaning equipment and materials required by the Cleaning Technician to provide the Service, unless other arrangements have been made with Two Girls N Broom LLC; all cleaning equipment and materials provided by Two Girls N Broom LLC are safe, have not been tampered with and are in full working order; it will advise Two Girls N Broom LLC prior to the commencement of the Service of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers, ingrained dirt, grease or grime at the Premises; it is authorized to use the Premises and obtain the provision of Service; if the Client requires the Cleaning Technician to clean behind or under any heavy items (e.g. a fridge, bookshelf, or other furniture), it will move those items prior to the commencement of the Service.
Health And Safety Risks In addition to the obligations and warranties, the Client acknowledges and agrees that: the Cleaning Technician is entitled to undertake a job safety analysis before the commencement of any work to assess the health and safety risk at the Premises. Two Girls N Broom LLC we provide all of the equipment and supplies to get the job done. If customer request the Cleaning Technician to use their supplies or equipment, the Cleaning Technician may, either before or during the provision of the Service not use or cease using any materials or cleaning equipment provided by the Client if the Cleaning Technician thinks, in his/her absolute discretion, that the use of such materials or cleaning equipment poses a risk to health and safety. The Cleaning Technician may, either before or during the provision of the Service not provide or cease the provision of the Service were carrying out the Service presents, in the absolute discretion of the Cleaning Technician, a risk to health and safety.
No Engagement Of Cleaners The Client acknowledges Two Girls N Broom LLC invests significant resources in recruiting, selecting and training its cleaning Technicians and other crew members. Unless Two Girls N Broom LLC gives prior written permission, the Client must not, directly or indirectly, engage, employ or contract with any Cleaning Technician to provide domestic services to the Client or any associate of the customer for any period during which services are provided by Two Girls N Broom LLC or for a period within 12 months after the conclusion of any Service. The Client acknowledges that Two Girls N Broom LLC may suffer loss and damage, including, without limitation consequential loss, as a result of a breach of this clause by the Client. Two Girls N Broom LLC makes you liable for a $25,000 employment referral fee. By using our Services, you agree to notify us of any attempts to solicit or accept illegal services. If you breach this Section, attorney, legal, and miscellaneous expenses incurred to investigate and/or collect this fee will be added to your employment case when discovered. Please note that exchanging contact information is considered part a breach of this Section.
Direct, unreported or inappropriate employment practices, unless they comply with law, are illegal. Two Girls N Broom LLC is obligated to report illegal hiring activities. Implication, complicity or withholding knowledge of illegal activity is not only prosecutable by Two Girls N Broom LLC, but also generally under United States federal, state, and local laws.
Termination The Client acknowledges that any information provided by the Client may be used by Two Girls N Broom LLC for the purpose of providing the Service. Two Girls N Broom LLC agrees not to share any information provided by the Client with any third party not directly involved in the provision of the Service (unless required to do so by law). The Client agrees to Two Girls N Broom LLC communicating with them electronically and/or via other means in order to provide the Service or for reasons related to the provision of the Service. Two Girls N Broom LLC will take all reasonable precautions to protect personal information provided by the Client from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction.
